The secialist vet dentistry for Billy turned our referral down, no explanation. They refused to check on the surgery they did 2 years ago, to follow up. It had been done by a suregon who has now left the clinic, still it was their clinic that performed it! And they refused to provide treatment for Billy's hypoplasia. They told me to go to another place, which is a specialist of a bunch of things not just dnetistry like them but open 24 hours so no doubt super expensive. I really dont understand what happened. 

Two years ago, when Billy had his surgery, hubby got into a nasty altercation with a staff who still works there. Not a vet, a clerk. It was a very stupid argument and the vet asked brian to apologize ot the staff though the staff was being unreasonable. The staff wanted to force brian on a chair and brian wanted to sit on their big couch to wait. Anyway, God knows f this is why they turned us down two years later! They are mad! Our vet who did the surgery did not stay there very long after us. She seemed very professional and nice.
