Hubby got woken up by both dogs as he tried to nap, so he got up and went to walk them. It is mighty hot right now I find. The day has been nice, perfect truly. I lost my temper only once, while calling Billy who was being disobediently not coming back when called. Bad move on my part! i sounded hysterical when i called him: not good nor wise and kind. Hubby made me notice though I already had. 

I took a sleeping pill in the last two nights. I am pretty tense about my mental health and other things. I am worried mostly. I hope tonight I wont need sleeping pills. I have been sober all day thank you God. I plan to qui teh weed completely so I dont need to increase my meds and have nasty side effects like last time at 50mg.
