No crazy emails for about only 3 -4 weeks. What is the problem in my brain for this conniption monthly to occur? I have to be more careful and mindful of what i write.  there is virtue in that too of course. More so. 

The fan is blowing and all is well. Tummo just waltzed right in by the open back  door. It is almost 3pm. I dont know what we'll do about the third and fourth dog walk given the heat. 3pm is hour for a smoke or two. I just lit up.
