The fridge is super noisy today.

I slept really well, with nice dreams even when I was waking up. I am glad I finally dont need sleeping pills anymore. I was getting worried how reliant on them I had been for a week.

I feel excited this morning but I should not: I need to be calm and collected and smooth like silk today. To be there for hubby. And to walk the dogs extensively. It is only going to 23 degrees today so i have no excuse of it being too hot to go out and walk the dogs and with hubby.
