The whole year was off and up, ups and downs. October 2021 , beginning, was pretty wild with reincarnation stories I had forgotten about! There has been so many! I ended up in hospital after insulting a shrink by email (yes, insults non threathening are a reason to have you committed in BC). Anyway, it was just as well. I needed time away from hubby to recuperate from having tempered with my meds for two years. And had worked to the point of burn out on top of it during that time.
