I was so ecstatic to bring my in laws to her show when they visited in 2016. Decades after I had discovered her thanks to the Yellow Door at McGill I think. This album is her homage or tribute to emily carr, the canadian west coast painter. Dogs barking are recorded as well as super long section of birds songs, almost too loud and drilling after a while..birds songs can be torture! ah ah ah...I would have never tought.
