Dogs must be on leash there, it is way bigger than Mundy and has forest fires every so often. It is wonderful to get there, super hidden from coquitlam. Minnekhadha abounds with bears. You can truly die on that mountain. 

Golden ears is another wonderful park nearby, also wonderful to drive to, through countryside small roads. Golden ears is the typical postcard park of BC yet so close instead of having to go to Grouse mountain, where I always wanted to hike for a week.
