The beginning of the cd is beautiful flutes, not tacky at all. BJG is again in a good mood though he never apologizes for his tantrums and rages which means he will do it again and sees nothing wrong with making me suffer his out of control stress and mood swings. I told him it had been awful today his tantrum. He said nothing, just rolled his eyes as if I was unreasonable to say such a thing. He wants weed but so far has resisted. We must be sober or we will crash big time in january when he goes back to work full time. 

The music is superb right now and I am still tense psychically from the tantrum. It really impacts me big time his volatility. It is scary to be yelled at with such force for no reason. Tenzin Choegyal is calming me down while I almost get stressed out again thinking back on today. The music is marvelous truly, what a wonderful cd. There was only one for sale. It is I think very hard to find. I got it at the turn of 2023. 

BJG went for a late night flashlight walk with both dogs. The laundry is almost done drying, I just heard the beeper. BJG will buy me cigarettes because I ran out of the cheap ones. We are getting them tomorrow. I should have tried not smoking simply tonight. How divine and mellow this singing is right now. Superb truly for the heart mind and relaxation and crying if one wanted to. The blog has had more visits today at 1pm. I thank Buddha for calming me down by now and taking care of both of us and our pets health and job. May we thrive and survive 2024 successfully.
