Om benza satto hung it sounds like they are saying but I am not sure. i will go check later. Yes, it is what they are chanting. It is the purification mantra they call it. I so have palpitations from too much nicotine. Hubby will bring back four small ciders and it will feel good to get some sugar into me. we have to make our will this week, or at least book a time to meet with a lawyer for it to get done. 

Laundry is going upstairs right now. I think hubby emptied the dishwasher this afternoon while I was having a bath. The bath, as usual, was very nice and hot. The mantras chanting is very sweet. They repeat each mantra 108 times, to make a whole mala (rosary) worth of it, 108 beads. Now it is Om muni muni mahamuni soha, the Buddha mantra they call it.

The day was so nice with hubby and weather though I took very few walks, just two, and only one in the forest. The other walk was this noon with Billy to go buy grocery down the road only.
