It is a long and delicious cd album of tibetan music. Ama is the name of the album by Yungchen Lhamo. 

I ma drinking my fourth coffee of the day, decaf this time. It is almost 11am. The rain is still coming down, lightly. I am kind of hungry this morning. All this coffee and smokes is making nauseous. I have very little correspondance these days except on last week end. What to do today? I should cook an onion soup at least since I have only cooked a fish all week.
