It takes about 30 minutes to cook and prepare. It is very quick and easy and delish. I am at last dressed with jeans and a sweater and shirt long sleeves grey I just bought last week. The soup will be good. I have not cooked this week except once, a fish, battered and fried, without rice (hubby did not want any). May this soup feed our body and mind heart too and spirit!
