Flowers for mother and son's birthday, two days apart

This bouque I paid and sent to the wife and son of my only never romantic best male friend, Danny. I offended her once last year but I hope she forgave my crudeness. I put my favourite poem, the only one I know by heart, of william blake in the card.

It is right and should be so

Man was made for joy and woe

once this we rightly know

through the world we safely go

Joy and woe are woven fine

a clothing for the soul divine

william blake

The flowers in the bouquet seem a bit cheap (the white flowers, three white roses would have looked better but way more pricey!) but the fruity things are nice. I picked the colours: pink, white and green. It is a totally worthwhile bouquet and it looks nice with the colours, the gerberum and the fruity things.
