It is a beautiful meditational guidance this cd. 

BJG is eating his ice cream he just made: chocolate chips and mint.

It is pretty good but not that hard in texture.

Hubby is more relaxed right now. I think the cd is mellowing him out. 

Billy is asleep next to me.  The Laurie Anderson cd is playing. Do not be afraid of it, do not escape it, do not be afraid of the five coloured lights, do not fear it, but recognize it, as...wisdom. she says, duing one of her meditations. Tenzin Choegyal takes it up from there and sings to guitar plucking of some sort (tibetan guitar I think or asian at least). It is very nice.
