It is the harder listen of tibetan music: it gets very cacophonic with cymbals and drums and tibetan trumpets (cong). I have not heard it in quite a while...at least 3 weeks it feels like. I put it on usually when hubby is out. I am way more in tune with the nunnery vibe when I put on the chod. I am totally passionately enamoured with this ceremony, religious pujas it is. No male voices whatsoever on this double cd. Only nuns. The nunnery was founded by the white english nun tibetan turned buddhist Tenzin Palmo. Everything I have seen about her and her nunnery speaks in and of high regards. I have her teachings recordings on the 6 paramitas and it is delightfully insightful, funny and wisely deep and compassionate. I love her dearly this nun and her lifetime's work. Her accent reminds me very much so of my favourite sister in law. They both are infinitely inspiring when I associate them together. Om tare tuttare ture svoha
