This was a favourite recipe but the fish was very old....Impossible to get fresh fish next door. So it tasted too fishy for our taste but we ate a bit.  I had bought a pound of salmon wild sockeye for 20$.  It was at least 2 days old if not more (packaged on dec 11). No one was serving at the fish station. They often disappear and go on many breaks.
