I messed up the first batch so I am making it again. Dad says it takes him 45 minutes of scrapping the raspberries defrosted in the sieve to only get their juice. It is rather laborious. But if it works, it will be delicious tomorrow.
The pound of salmon is also defrosting in the fridge for tomorrow.
