It is such a sweet meditational guidance this album. I sometimes feel very young listening to it. The male tibetan voice of Tenzin Choegyal is magically unfolding and sending me to my core. I Thank God for tibetan music and tibetan people and culture and versions of tantric and other buddhism.

I am smoking too many cigarettes. My parents are in Spain, in the south. I feel very restless a bit and antsy to clean but lazy. Awakened one, do not let your thoughts wander. Having arrived at the time of death, think of nothing but the awakened heart, boddhiccitta- love and compassion. 

This album is so superb and I am thankful for it and the genius of its creators and the divine talent of everyone on this cd. 

I have emptied the two house garbage bins (except downstairs loo). Put new clean garbage bags in the bins. Swept. Did laundry again. It is 1 pm. I will clean upstairs next: sweep and the loo to clean.
