Yup, it was about time I washed it. I shook it and much dog hair came flying off it. Then I stuck it in the washing machine on knit cycle. The day has been rather busy. Much cleaning, and some grocery shopping and a long walk with Billy at 1pm.

I am listening to Nawang Khechog, the tibetan flutist album. Tibetan meditations it is called. Another superb cd, very very relaxing. The music is being played and sometimes, a man and a woman whisper mantras. 

The last laundry of the day is going. I did 5 wash today. Two of those were for my bed sheets and quilt cover. 

Billy is asleep on my bed. He sheds a lot and that tickles my nostrils on my  bed. I better clean my sheets and quilt cover every two weeks max. Otherwise I will start sneezing and that aint good.
