I raised the temperature at 300 and will cook it for another hour (30 minutes with oven off). BJG just woke up from an hour or two nap. I am eating guacamole and had paella today already, delish and full of stuff. Unlike the last batch put in containers which had only rice and very little if any stuff.
The pavlova will be ready around 17H00. i am curious to see whether i judged it well this change in time and oven temperature...Based on my old recipe at 325 for 30 minutes than in the oven off for another 35 minutes....It may crack because it is higher temp but I dont give flying hoot.
