Montreal is a superb city.
I spent many winters there. My last fall and winter was in 2013-2014. Before that, one has to go back to 2001-2003 and then 1996-1999. It is not that many years in fact when I look at it like that, in terms of winters spent in the city but I was raised and born next to Montreal, in a beautiful south shore suburb.
Hubby got woken up by the dog, Billy boy of course, and took them both to Mundy. I declined to join in because I am cold. It is also very very very very slow with whiskey. He will be 16 years old in July, the 1st or 4th. He has reached a very ancient and respectable venerable age for a big 80 lbs dog. We are blessed to still have him so top notch with us for so long after we had Billy. Apollo died already almost 3.5 years ago. It is incredible how I feel this was just last year, at the end of the year. But he passed on hubby's bday, Nov 24th 2020. Its been such a long quick time already for that event so sad as it was. Apollo death was so easy on us: a stroke in the car, straight to the vet (he was already in the car) and euthanasia within an hour or two. RIP Apollo. He has been a very good dog for me and our pack. He was given to me for free, perfectly healthy, superb health, at 2 years old. His birthday was May 2nd, born in 2006. He was 14 and a half when he passed. A bit young truly. But overall normal age average.

That picture is by me and is circa 2013, in Montreal Mount Royal, 7 years before his death. His name was Apollo. He is a legend to us. Peace, my dude. Just now I shed a tear fro my Apollo: if being sad is honouring his life, I am all for it. Thank you God for this moment just now cherishing my old dog I had for about 13 years as mine. He was excellence and very kind and nice. Om tare tuttare ture svoha Om tare tuttare ture svoha Om tare tuttare ture svoha Om tare tuttare ture svoha
