I dont know if this is wise...he tends to be late every dog walk. I should have waited until he turned up to cook the salmon for 15 minutes... Coffee was made. Hubby has not returned and the fish will be ready in 8 minutes...darn, I timed it all wrong, as usual.

UPDATE

BJG turned up TWO MINUES before it was ready. The timing could not have been more perfect. He is wonderful! Thank you Blanche (White) and Green Tara and Buddha and God.
