We are celebrating Valentine's Day all week since hubby is at work on the 14th. Tonight, it is ice cream and whipped cream cointreau coffee.

We should truly make affogatto for Valentine's day. 

I have no clue what I will cook for the 14th at 8pm, when Hubby returns.... Maybe simply a new salmon recipe. With some celeriac cooked this time so he can eat it. And rice. With some sort of sauce maybe for the rice (salmon juices?). I have to go buy him chocolates at the grocery store to stuff in a heart shapped illustrated bag of plastic with ribbon for him...and he has a card I have yet to write in.

I may buy a sparkling wine for the night of Valentine.
