There is no music playing right now. Hubby went to bed. The dogs and cat too.
Walking in the bright sunrays today was tremendous. I stood on the deck a couple of time and went for three walks, two in Mundy.
No booze for the last 4 nights and 5 days. Pretty good and not too hard at all these days.
It is important I don't indulge this weakness again. i have been good since 2001. Lets continue this way.
