It is so nice to be saner by now. it took a good 3 years or two years after my break down in 2021.

It's a long time. But today, I am perfectly happy and wish to maintain this state.

As long as my meds are available, it should be okay. I am so frightened about canada and the states in the next 4 years. May all stay stable and peaceful! om mani peme hung Om mani peme hung Om mani peme hung.

A bird, a trush I suspect, is singing right now in the front yard.  It's so nice to hear that song this morning. Thank you Buddha. Om muni muni mahamuni soha. May this particular bird live long and healthy for the benefit of all his loved ones. And may many sentient beings continue benefiting from his beautiful singing of birdsongs.
