The pavlova is cooking, nice and dome like fat, and hubby is making whipped cream. I made maple light cream (egg yolks from pavlova unused, maple syrup, and cornstarch and milk cooked boiled for 30 seconds then cooled in fridge for two hours, whip before serving and fold a third whipped cream in). The cat is waiting for something on the widow sill. She refuses her venison kibbles (she may prefer wild boar, last bag).
