8am: everyone is up and back from their walk

I slept all afternoon yesterday and then all night from 10 to 7am.

Glorious cure of sleep.

I cleaned up the ashtray that had been pushed off the floor by Billy this morning. There was cigarettes everywhere and ashes on my floor.
