I am always a bit offended when I am not given priority for pet adoption...ah ah ah....I know , many people are involved, not just me, so it is normal to not always get the animal we want. But back in 2008, people were CHASING me to give me Apollo and Pele, our then cat. Two different people who recognized what a cool life their pets would have with me. Times have changed and these organizations are not all that great for personal connection.
