As soon as she saw me tie up billy outside out of the way by the shelter before coming in, she told me he could not stay there. I asked what was the reason? She said 'It is hot'. It was 15. Someone started talking to me about the cat I wanted to see and I ignored her. 15 degrees is not too hot for a dog. She called her supervisor and they asked me to remove my dog on the intercom. Meanwhile, some other staff was talking to me the whole time. I was pulled in two different directions. She knew my dog's name for some reason. I have a super bad rep there because of crazy emails I sent about 3-4 years ago. Anyway, it was downright hostile of that by law officer to welcome me into the shleter that way. I was the only one there (visitor) and many staff were there. One stupid rule she had no reason for to give me but that was a rule.
