Tashi delek, Salut and hello!
Our beloved 14 and half years old Tummo, a tuxedo cat, was put to rest after two days of being diagnosed with a massive tumor the size of a fist in her belly. She had, at home, 48 hours of end of life care with morphine and anti nausea, warm blankets, a closet to hide from traffic and noises and hot chicken served many times daily.
Today at 11H30, we brought her to her rest with euthanasia at the vet. I was there all along. It was infinitely peaceful and I stayed 10 minutes afterwards, praying and petting her in her bardo.
RIP to a fierce warrior, wild and fiercely courageous and daring, kind and discrete to the max. You will always stay as my bodhisattva figure in my life out here.
