It sounds like a recording of the voice of the 14th reciting mantras and pujas...

But i dont see him recite anything much on the camera right now. He is ancient. Poor 14th: so old. The fervor of the crowd and the massive amount of people does not lie on his mana and tibet in the world.

I watched and heard almost the whole ceremony: I forwarded a bit twice I think. It was a nice ceremony and the monk reciting the prayers was nice and had a good voice. I have been to that very temple, and received blessings from the 14th twice, in person, right in front of him, like many other hundreds of other people who went to greet him. I gave him my kata and he blessed it , twice, during my 2 months stay in india, around 2003.
