I heard Yungchen Lhamo and now, the monks. I am very anxious and scared about our future but I keep calm by meditating and praying. I have not spoken to my parents today. I have no longer any news from my 75 years old friend. I must have said something silly or insulting to him without knowing. Or he is simply concentrating on his daily life at home with his people and job etc.

I sent him a french travel tales copy and I truly hope he likes reading it. He should get it by Friday this week or Monday next week. i wonder if he will contact me? I doubt it.
