I like to pick the tiny scab I have every morning on my skull.  tiny case of psoriasis. comes from smoking cigarettes.

it is as far as grooming every monring I do: pick my tiny scab and wipe my ass. No make up ever and no hair brushing, just shea butter here and there in my hair. I also never brush my teeth much whatsoever.This is pretty typical of crazy wisdom I think. we are the witches of old.
