BJG and Billy are still out. They may have gone to do some errands though I dont know what. The dishwasher is going and I have to follow up on my laundry this morning. It is great that I cook more today. I have been cooking way less recently because we wasted the last food I cooked.
The vichyssoise recipe if from the vegetarian cookbook , circa 1984, of Jean Conil, the english french cook from England. His ducastaing (onion) soup is amazing but you got to cut by 4 or 5 the amount of flour. Way disgusting thick otherwise.
