He sure is wise on many fronts. And so moderate.

I watched his reply to Tenzin Palmo question about crazy wisdom yogi and their relevance today as a bit of a problem in the west, leading to moral misconduct, alcoolism etc.  precisely, the case of Chogyam trungpa and his organization was questionned.

I can certainly see it in me, and I have advocated crazy wisdm, my make up, since forever. However, recently, my ethics suffered much I thought looking back: being rude, accusatory even, intolerant with strangers, mean to kind people etc. It has been seen at last as a problem with crazy wisdom to me too. How do you not indulge yourself only in the end with crazy wisdom. Upholding a code of moral principles of high orders and sobriety instead seems way more sane and productive and efficient for a good dhamma life.

argh...the mice are so very noisy gnawing at our walls and woodboards floors. It is downright gross. We need a cat and pest control to seal all the holes and get rid of the massive amount I suspect of them. They also seem way more destructive than the mice in Toronot we had in BJG's almost centennial old house.
