I seem hooked on sleeping pills to fall asleep at night. Darn. The first three years I had no issues. I also got quite drunk last night with 4 pints of cider, english cider.

Hence, headache with sleeping pill today.

UPDATE

I just took a hot hot bubble bath.  I am a bit concerned about needing a sleeping pill to sleep early at night....I better go buy Decaf. I dont feel too healthy today, tired and headache. Hubby went to walk the dogs.
