Brian will simply tame wild rats. It is actually very fun but most people would find him braver than me.

I hope he starts cleaning like mad, that is necessary to keep busy and less rats unless he tames so well the wild rats , that they become litter train. Which is very possible he will do. So basically, up to now, neither of us ever cleaned anything.  Nor maintained the building since we did not have the money or any money for it. Hence, rats and mice. I wish you , and you will all of you one day, live with rats somewhere along your lifetimes. They are actually pretty cool. Mine wild pet rat was Tom or Tony, a friend of brian who dies of suicide. The rats knock before entering in the kitchen. Amen!
