Not only do they get rid of mice and small rats maybe by their mere presence in the house, but they are terrific to calm us down just by sitting near us or on our laps. They were given up because the person before who owned them has 'too many cats'. Whomever they were, they were GREAT cat and animal lovers because these two, together, are well adjusted no matter where they go.
