I am also not drinking again tonight. Three nights of sobriety in a row is good and I feel like it is time it becomes the norm: no more than a bottle of sangria or wine a month would be ideal. This sobriety is my slightly uncomfortable effort to practice resolve and simplicity and get stronger in my compassionate will towards others.
