three quarter of a boursin package (125g), half a cup of whipping cream: melt cheese in cream on stove while stirring
cook short pasta (2 cups raw) (I used fusilli)
cook pieces of spinach (about two packed cups) in a frying pan with olive oil a bit
mix it all in once pasta has been drained in the pasta pot, stir.
add a bit of cooking water stirring to thicken the sauce.
et voila.
Delish, but for two, that cost 8$ of cheese.
