Yup turly, 18$ for two feathers on a string is pretty outrageous.

At petsmarts, let me all say it again, I got the BEST freedom fighter cats toy: a nylon crinkly tunnel for 16$. Even if you have just one cat (though for more than one it seems like a truth of party), you can play with your cat when he is in the tunell...thrown in cat nip toys, balls with bells etc...roll gently the tunnel around, carry the tunnel across the room for a ride etc etc.
