This is an amazing traditional folksy album by the Tibetan performance arts centre. I had given my copy i thought to the nun in sati saraniya but I must have had two copies.

I am a bit tense at having been told off on the no dogs trail this morning. I must take it as a sign that God wants me off that trail when i have my dogs. my favourite trail in the whole park! It used to be only unofficial that trail but by now they have made a fancy trail with gravel and dirt etc.
