I am going to try a weird recipe with half a cup of capers, for two portions of pasta (spaghetinni) and tomato sauce and garlic and parmesan. It will taste weird I think but I wish to try it.

The pasta is cooking and the sauce is ready. The sauce literally takes 4 minutes.

I have just eaten a plate. Not bad, a tad salty of course with so many capers. I added parmesan. So it is not vegan. It is nice to eat vegetarian again in the last whole week. But the Better than broth containers dont come in vegetables flavours anymore: just chicken and beef, at the market next door.  So I will have to cut corners and go with chicken less salt better than broth. This stuff is essential for my soup cooking. And rice cooking.
