There seems to be too much paprika. Very hungarian I suppose. (Update: perfect amount of paprika, once milk is added and sour cream and lemon).

I went to do grocery while hubby was asleep. Tomatoes were 8$ each! For a medium size tomatoe: I left it there.

I will go to the farmers market tomorrow maybe or langley market next door.

The soup is delish. The secrets are the lemon and sour cream and milk. Yum yum.

Thyme and dill too and loads of paprika. It is like I remember the best mushrooms soup I ever had, with the lemon tang. thank you google for finding me a nice excellent recipe to get rid of a pound of mushrooms for coq au vin that was leftover.
