Making a tomato basil brushetta from market heirloom tomato and a goat cheese crostini with the bread we bought today, olive bread. Delish. The neufchatel is so divine. Less than 8$ all included for a container that lasts a week is good.This is artisan cheese too. I will defrost the vichyssoise from last week end.
Oh how we will eat well tomorrow! Today we also did eat amazingly well. i tried a go at the French bakery Ca Croustille (wow) torsade au chocolat after months without going near their croissant except to buy them for other people. But my friends, these baked good are SO DECADENT and full of butter that I find them too rich weekly. Even just one. But they are certainly HIGHLY morish and very very exceptionally good.
