Doing very well today, after I ate two plates of ratatouille. It must be very good because I never ever have seconds. But I know hubby wont be a fan so I ate half of it, of what I made. It is very delicious and so bursting with healthy flavours.

And veggies.

Served with feta cheese it is very nice too.

Hubby's healh is very mediocre and he eats badly: cookies, chocolate instead of bigger portions during mealtime. He always always asks me to give him just a little bit, no matter wat it is. And then eats 500g of chocolate. And his breakfast is a cookie with chocolate chips. He is not particularly fat. But he never took a taste of gluttony for healthy food.

Just crap.
