They decided to do 100 mobile orders before my one order and I could not wait any longer after having waited 15 minutes already. So I asked for a refund and left. I hate so much spending almost 6$ daily for coffee, it is no harm cancelling one morning because it is highly inconvenient to me. I hate those mobile orders. They take up all the time of staff to make 10 coffees for one order, whereas suckers like us who are there, have to wait. Anyway, no biggie, I certainly did not make much fuss at all. I, once in a while, get a refund when it takes too long. This is the 2nd time in 10 years. I take it as money in my pocket, simply. I find their coffees too crazy expensive anyway for the quality. So I dont mind taking refunds when I dont want to wait for 25 minutes.
