Oddly, Laurel is nowhere in sight. I hope he is okay.
I may have to be more cool about his going outside: it worries me sick every morning. No good. I hate that he no longer comes back when called. He did for two weeks. He is a cat and should know how to find his way back home when he wants to see us and eat.
The music is playing, 'alarm clock music' the hosts calls it on radio. Where is Laurel? He really is too friendly to be an outdoor cat. He will so get stolen! AAAARGH! Where is he? We will so lose him, it is obvious and I knew he would not stay long after a week of having him. He needs freedom like mad. I dont know what my attitude should be like about Laurel. Should I be more indifferent? More trusting in his good luck and smarts? I so felt we would not have him for long when I first got him. Usually, me intuition is all wrong most of the time.
I cannot remember if I was that paranoid and worried when Tumtum was becoming an outdoor cat at 9 months old? I suspect I was. But we left all doors open so she could walk back in anytime.
This is really God deciding for Laurel. There is no way we can keep him as indoor only: he meows all day to go out. May God guide him home soon. Amen! And may he be safe from harm and theft. One cannot control their cats who is desperate to be an outdoor cat. May he be safe and come back home to his brother and us all! om muni muni mahamuni svoha
