I am making a version of paella wihout chicken nor mussels. Clam meat instead, they dont sell mussels next door anymore. i dont know why not.

UPDATE

The paella is cooking. I am defrosting shrimps and clam. It looks like the rice on th edge did not properly cook at all. I'll use a pot next time, not the big skillet. Hubby is , weirdly, already in bed. It is 18H20.  He most likely wont taste the fresh paella Maybe tomorrow. He did not want to eat anything tonight.  He has only eaten a pain aux raisins today and crispi minis.  We had tofu and pizza bella truffle (shroom and garlic and cheese) yesterday.
