17H00. Chef john's sexy fish stew, with wine and 18% cream and shallots, fennel bulb, taragon fresh, baby potatoes and leeks was eaten. Fish was cod in it. Very bad quality so pretty chewy. 8$ for a pound of frozen cod.
We had two mimosas with it. And coffee with whipped cream after the meal, made by hubby who added baileys to his coffee.
Hubby was already hungry at 4pm so we ate as soon as the stew was ready. He loves that recipe. I am a bit tired of it. We have made it for 10-11 years.
