Though she did not admit to having my cat, after I talk to her, my cat turned up, all warm from having been inside so long.

Anyway, people are concerned when they see a cat outside in such colder temperatures. 

He is allowed 2 hours a day, cold or hot. Only when it is stormy do they stay inside in the morning.

Anyway, I am very happy he is back. I met two new neighbours, tenants, on the street. One took me to his house, very cute, in the landlords garden, with a huge catio where he says Laurel visits.

The other, suspected of having taken Laurel in her house, introduced herself to me when I asked and she has an ethnic name too I had never heard before. She seemed nice enough and though she did not say she had the cat, i sensed it and after I left her, I went home and Laurel turned up, all warm.
